Our children's rates:

• For children from 0 - 6 years we charge a flat rate of 31,-- Euro per child and per night
• For children from 7 - 14 years the child discount is 25% per child and per night in the parents' room

Single room:

• The surcharge for a single room is 19 euros per person per night
• For a spacious double room for single use the surcharge is 48,-- Euro per person and night

These prices are per person and day including all charges and taxes - excluding local tax of 3,-- Euro per person (over 14 years) and per night

We would be happy to advise you personally on your vacation wishes - we look forward to your call!

On the day of your arrival, your room will be ready for you from 3:00 p.m., on the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room for the cleaning staff by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

If you wish to check in or check out outside these times, please let us know 24 hours in advance, as our reception is not staffed from 11 am to 3 pm and from 9 pm to 7 am - thank you for your understanding!

You are welcome to pay your final bill at the Hotel-Garni & Aparthotel Stern in cash or by EC card. We also offer you the option of paying by major credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club, JCB) or by advance payment by bank transfer.

Your four-legged friend is very welcome at the Hotel-Garni & Aparthotel Stern.

Please just let us know when you make your inquiry or reservation if you would like to bring your pet with you.

Our pet dachshund "Anneliese" is always happy to receive visits and support. 

...and if something does come up?

We apply the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry).

This means

• You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
• From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the booking price.
• From 1 month to 5 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
• From 5 days to 2 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 90& of the booking price.
• If you cancel within the last two days before arrival, we will charge you 100% of the booking price.

To prevent you from these costs we recommend you to take out a travel insurance.
